Is there a MIME type for GeoTiff?

I understand the type and subtype to be image/tiff.

Is there a more specific MIME parameter (e.g. application=geotiff) which
can hint that the contents are GeoTiff (and not just basic TIFF)?

I doubt it fits a well specified standard, but WCS servers (such as
Mapserver) do return MIME types indicating their GeoTIFF-ness and
additionally the format of the data returned, for example
[image/geotiffint16].
